We had a wonderful experience with Kristine and the brokerage. We had a lot of anxiety about the process due to building a new home and needing to sell our old home. Kristine and her team are incredible! Although we weren't, they made us feel like we were their only client. We are brand new to the Georgetown area so not only did Kristine help us with the negotiation of buying our new home, she went the extra mile to provide us with names of people in the area that could assist us with some remodeling we want done to the home and other odds and ends that come with relocating to a new area. We would absolutely recommend her team, but only if you want the best service possible.
