This was very special - I had a unique & tender challenge that was partly physical, partly energetic. Alyse’s safety, skill, and talent w/it was such that I felt safe & dropped into a deep, healing, parasympathetic place. Also the office space is just so calm and soothing!
I love Indigo Body Balancing and Advanced Body Works. Alyse has been so helpful to me in my body's healing process with the stretch therapy work she has been doing. She has collaborated with Jon on ideas and assistive techniques to relieve some of the pain I've been having. I love the help I am receiving here. I highly recommend.
Alyse is excellent at working out problem areas. I have had relief of a hip pain, back pain, and a few other problem areas popped up as we worked along. She is so sweet, and caring. Highly recommend!
