Para nada agradable prometen mantenimiento cuando los pasillos en realidad están totalmente sucios ! Ahí demasiadas cucarachas pero extremadamente se meten en el apartamento. Tela araña y arañas horribles en los pasillos q les corresponde a ellos limpiar no entiendo de verdad y el gym siempre está bien sucio
I move in 6 months ago, and so far everything has been great. The team try to help with what they can control. Maintenace is very helpful.
July 4th 2025 the past two years here at Indigo have hit rock bottom!! Rent is over $1700/month which include this pool and the lack of trash pick up! Rats and pests plague the property! Gainesville city code enforcement will definitely be getting a call Monday! Here it is the summer of 2026 and the pool is green again!!
