If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This apartment complex is a complete nightmare from top to bottom. Management is unresponsive, dismissive, and seems to actively avoid doing their jobs. Maintenance requests either go unanswered for weeks or get marked “completed” without anyone ever showing up. The property is poorly maintained despite the outrageous rent. When I tell you stay as far way from these apartments as you can I am not playing around these apartments are the worst!!. From the start I knew they were bad I lived here for 2 years the first day I moved in the AC went out and my baby was new born in the middle of the summer heat it was so bad we had to stay at my in-laws till it got fixed( they took their sweet time) super bad kept, trash gets so full they just let it sit for a while. mold and roach infested in the apartments, always smells like weed,super rude people wor... read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. Lived there 2 years and the entirety of my first I was without AC and heat. Kept claiming things were on back order. No window ac unit provided and a single small tower heater offered for a 2 bedroom unit. Rent increased for the 2nd year but they only offered $600 for to inconvenience of the ac and heat. Nothing works right. Trash that you pay for valet doesn’t pick up but MAYBE once a week. Trash EVERYWHERE as well as dog poop. Office is open only when they feel like it.
