Wish I could give 0 stars. Lived there 2 years and the entirety of my first I was without AC and heat. Kept claiming things were on back order. No window ac unit provided and a single small tower heater offered for a 2 bedroom unit. Rent increased for the 2nd year but they only offered $600 for to inconvenience of the ac and heat. Nothing works right. Trash that you pay for valet doesn’t pick up but MAYBE once a week. Trash EVERYWHERE as well as dog poop. Office is open only when they feel like it. Just throw the whole entire complex away! The maintenance is trash, the amenities are trash, and the buildings need pressure washing because of all the spider webs and other bugs that are around the buildings, you can’t enjoy the pool because it’s always nasty or closed, their response time is trash they don’t move with a sense of urgency at all, trash everywhere, it STANK out here and yes I said stank!, they lied about packages being secured inside the package room when that’s a LIE (the cameras don’t even work in there), t... read more
