New leasing lady is extremely non-communicative on maintenance issues, we've had an issue that didn't get fixed for a week, and a second one that's still been on stand by for 2 weeks, no communication. The maintenance man is very honest and tells you what is going on, but you can only reach him via the emergency maintenance line. Do not go to the leasing office for any maintenance issues because they won't keep you in the loop.
Would never recommend anyone to live here. I’ve lived here for two years. Rent is constantly increasing, different management every year, horrible roach infestation, mold everywhere, horrible management, and when you go to complain to the office nothing gets done. There’s water coming in through the windows which creates more mold around the windows.
I lived here 4 years. I would not recommend living here! Constantly changing ownership. Our first apartment here flooded and was growing mold! Carly claimed it wasn’t mold. Office staff claimed it was still livable with mold and standing water. They finally were able to switch our apartment after a month. The new one had a horrible roach infestation.
Roach infestations and mold. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
