I love it to be honest I I love living here because it pretty chill n it to much but I love it so much I mean what could u ask for I mean it dose have a Park n a pool it very nice
July 4th 2025 the past two years here at Indigo have hit rock bottom!! Rent is over $1700/month which include this pool and the lack of trash pick up! Rats and pests plague the property! Gainesville city code enforcement will definitely be getting a call Monday!
Do NOT move here, even for a month off rent. I just moved into a 2-bedroom. Picked up the keys 8 days ago. Yesterday the AC broke. At the beginning of July. It is 90 degrees in my apartment. Emergency maintenance has been non-responsive. It’s a holiday weekend, so the office is closed. Forget about the humans who live here. My 80-lb dog, who cannot sweat, is suffering. They do not care once they’ve got your money and have you locked in. DON’T MOVE TO INDIGO APARTMENTS IN GAINESVILLE.
You pay almost $2000 a month and for amenities you can’t access. The pet spa has been broken the entire 2 years I’ve lived here. The pool is closed, Management doesn’t answer calls, maintenance doesn’t fix anything. We pay for valet trash but it rarely gets picked up. So hopefully when they see this will do something about it.
