I've been a resident here for over 3 years and love it . Overall my experience has been excellent and I wouldn't consider any of the "competitive" properties in the area. The property feels like its own oasis in downtown Redwood City; the gym, pool area and community spaces are best-in-class. Great service and staff. Expensive but worth it in my opinion
Charged 300$ for a cleaning fee and $300 for a repainting fee on top of that. I’ve never been charged so many fees on move out before. I never nail any holes on the walls, but they cited minor scuffs as a basis to repaint the entire apartment. Also water/electric/sewer was like $300/month while living there, which I thought was surprisingly high.
