Despite my efforts to reach the office through multiple phone calls and voicemails, I have not received any callbacks. The phone often remains unanswered, prompting me to leave voicemails. I registered for a program and received a call on the program's day, informing me of its cancellation. I would provide a zero-star review if that option were available.
It is concerning that this organization is employing non-Indigenous therapists to provide Indigenous counseling services. A significant portion of the therapists—approximately 90%—are from outside the Indigenous community, which raises questions about the authenticity and cultural relevance of the support provided. Had to put credit card on file just to access forms; filled out all personal information as requested. Was told wait list can be up to 3months it has now been almost 6months - no follow-up! Called today to request my personal information be shredded, and my credit card be removed. The receptionist had no kind words/explanation. Thats what I get for seeking professional services and trying to support indigenous organization👎
Psychologist at this location disclosed information from my sessions to a ex partner without my permission resulting in harassment that continues to this day. She grossly violated her professional ethics, took no responsibility, and even blamed me for her failure. I strongly advise people to avoid this place.
