I have had a traditional Install and most recently a hybrid install done here, both times I have used their Indie Pro Hair extensions. Both the install and hair are long lasting, and the hair quality is unmatched. The Salon is clean and welcoming, and I appreciate the fact that they do not overbook, this makes for a personalized experience. This company literally took advantage of my husband, charging him $220 to do my daughter’s hair while I was away on military duty, and this was the result. You can’t tell me that when they left the shop you gave yourself a pat on the back and said that this was good work. Shame on you all for letting her walk out of there like this. The braids are not even, the beads were not put on properly, and you had the nerve to charge for this!!

My daughter got her first silk press today, June 14. First salon visit ever, so she was very nervous. Chimere was very professional, very gentle and patient with her. The service was amazing and my daughter loved the way it turned out. (She thinks she’s cute now). Indie Crown Rhys Hair Loft now has a returning customer…make that two because I’m next🤗.
