Came to the store to purchase new rugs for our home upcountry, I was dressed very humble in shorts and a plain T. Who ever answered the door (white middle aged bald man with zero education) did so extremely aggressively and questioned the reason for me being there. Store has an overwhelming amount of high quality rugs to choose from. Service has a lot to be desired. The front door is locked during business hours and you must pull a rope to ring a bell to enter (strange). Two different visits the same sells person acted annoyed to have customers and promptly told us he was closing soon (in an hour). One visit he requested we take our shoes off to enter, which is customary in Hawaii in homes yes, but not a business that just the week before we went in with shoes on.
