Let me just say a cocktail is not just a cocktail! One reason I love Indicana ( besides the amazing food) are the incredible cocktails and the mixologist Julie is stellar - hands down she makes the best drinks especially the margaritas ( a real science ) . Thank you Indicana for ticking all the boxes.
Amazing every time!
After spending the evening at the Thursday Farmers Market on Perry Street, we stopped by this restaurant for dinner. It was pretty busy, with about a 30-minute wait for an indoor table, so we decided to sit on the patio instead. It was beautiful, although definitely a hot summer evening. I have a sales job where I travel from Alaska down to Fresno on west coast. I’m all over Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and the three western providences in Canada. Really didn’t think I’d find my favorite meal in longer than I can remember in Spokane but here we are. Want to order the whole menu. Staff were incredibly attentive, bubbly and nice. Cannot wait to come back and try more.
Had an amazing time eating my birthday dinner here. Food was delicious. The flavors sublime and very unique combination. Something I wouldn't have thought to use in my kitchen but they work lovely. I will say if you cant handle spice this may not be the place for you. I am a pansy when it come to spice and let me tell you I was reaching for my tums on the way out. It was worth it!!! Definitely want to come back to try the desserts.
