A necessity, but needs improvement I'm very happy there is an Indian grocery in Boulder- but I'd like to see some improvements in the store. Typically the store is understocked and disorganised. The produce comes in once/week (I think) but isn't refrigerated so over the week it wilts and becomes far less appealing than it seems it ought to be.
