the location is near grain elevator so get plenty of dust and debris, plus when it rains the place floods as at bottom of hill and down pours can not get into the unit. The owner and his co-worker constantly monitor you walk by then drive or vice versa just constantly yet see you working. The owner drinks alot and is older he demands payment or double locks your unit even if paid on time and in full. several has had this happen to them. he can be really friendly yet gossips about everyone's business.
