Hannah Ray and Caitlin Kisner are an amazing duo. I’ve been seeing a specialist for a few years now and he’s left me with no help and no options. It took one time of Caitlin and Hannah seeing me for them to treat me and get me to a place where someone will actually help me with my situation. I’m grateful for them and humbled that they are who they are. By the grace of God was I lead to come here and see these two and maybe just maybe they have been the answer my years of prayers.
Dr. Ray and her nurse practitioner are terrible they do not care about your problems or whatever you come in for. I’m pregnant with twins and she told me that my baby passed away and didn’t confirm anything with me and both of my babies are still living. They then proceeded to tell me that what I came in for wasn’t their problem and that I need to go see another doctor. I would not recommend this doctor if you are pregnant or needing care
I have tried to go to clinic on Saturday on several occasions, but the clinic is no open until 12noon as stated. I have arrived between 10:45a and 11:15a and the clinic is closed. Signs on all doors say go to emergency room. Don’t advertise hours that are not true. Also, I have made several attempts to see my regular doctor, but am told that I can get an appointment in a month. This is ridiculous. Thanks.
I'm almost pretty sure its a qualification to be rude to work at this clinic most of the staff are ready to see you leave as fast as you can with the minimum care as possible.
