10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owner of the shop is very rude, unprofessional and does not have great customer service. I had my vehicle towed to his shop to be worked on and was told I would hear something within a few days. I had to keep reaching out to hear the status of my vehicle and he was also very rude each time I or anyone else has communicated with him. They've always done excellent quality work for me
My family had an unfortunate accident occur with our vehicle while we were back home in Texas. I called and Scott answered immediately. From that point on we had to throw all of our trust into him while we were back home, hundreds of miles away. Not only did Scott secure our vehicle immediately, he was very communicative and advised us on the next steps. Our car ended up being a total loss and we had no way to clean our car out.
