The apartments at Linden West are great value for the rent - if you plan to die there. They made the separation process so unreasonably unpleasant, I wouldn't recommend anyone rent there. Despite spending two days cleaning the apartment, we were charged at $235 fee. Despite being expressly told not to worry about nail holes, we were charged $150 for that. We were then charged 40% of the cost for replacing appliances and fixtures, despite nothing being damaged during our time there. No wonder people call landlords parasites.
If you like to be harassed by management and maintenance while forking over an arm and a leg to pay rent in the town of Indianola this is the place for you!! $1200+ a month the first year and when they got you so broke you can’t leave they raise the rent to ensure you’re everlasting business! This is a great place to live.
We love it here. Moved from Des Moines to this apartment. Landlords are easy to get along with, it's nice and quite, neighbors are really kind. The apartments are really nice. Well worth the price.
