Check in was easy. Room was dated, but clean,an are stay was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
I've traveled all over and this place of lodging is the best when it comes to DIS-SERVICE! I prepaid for the night and CHECK-IN was at a kiosk with someone on a screen you talk to. I tried to make this experience a bit personal and asked were he was actually located. He evasively answered, “I’m from xxxxxxx!” The kiosk prints you a receipt with your room number and access code! My sister got a room to come visit me for my birthday with her 5 year old daughter. We had stopped over for not even 10 minutes with my 1 year old, and they had been paying together, not screaming or anything just running around the ground floor room like kids do. They decided to show up and give us a noise complaint at 630pm saying the noise was bothering other guests and they didn't want to be back. I did book online and save a few bucks cuz I called the room I called the motel the guy is not on site there is people on site but the person you deal with on the phone or when you walk in and on the kiosk is remote but the experience was fluid I did book it online to save a few bucks check in was new with the kiosk but overall the place was well cared for
