I signed a 6-month extension because I got my hours cut at work 6 days before my first payment was due they cut me off with no notice claiming I had no extension when I had a extension recorded they are scams no one ever helped. . .
They turned our power off today by mistake and when we called they said there was a power outage in our neighborhood. After 3 and a half hours with no power a repair man came and said our neighbor had been scheduled to have power turned off and they accidentally turned off ours too. So they mistakenly turned us off and then lied about it when we called. Smh..
Worst power and light company ever! 5 outages in the past 2-3 months. I call in multiple times and there’s no customer service at all
