Dr Vincent is fantastic! He has given me hope. However, the rest of the staff is terrible from scheduling to nurse to PA. Can't seem to get an appointment with Dr V again, nurse is too lazy to do her job and doesnt do simple things like order lab work for follow up appointments, and PA can't answer any of my questions. Scheduling "fishes" for reason to schedule a follow up but I see no reason to see PA. Im not getting medication from them, my primary does my lab work and can order my scans, and I see someone else for scopes.... read more

To be honest it's always a pleasurable experience. Whether it's a doctor's appointment or picking up a prescription at the pharmacy. Everybody is always pleasant and professional. I don't wait long in the waiting room and I like that. Everything seems very streamlined without sacrificing quality. I'd like to thank the staff for all they do.

Dr Vincent is fantastic! He has given me hope which has given me my life back! I've seen multiple physicians and had a couple of really nasty ones for hepatology. They told me my only option was a transplant which Dr Vincent has said isn't necessary and questioned some of the care I've received, as had I. It was refreshing!! I look forward to working with him and to feeling better.
