I have rarely been as disappointed in the care, professionalism, and conduct by a business of any kind as I am with The Anxiety Center. The director, Bree, has not only been unresponsive to calls, voicemails, and texts, but has incorrectly filled out numerous forms for insurance approval which has resulted in my insurance company to require I start from scratch after 2 months of inept submissions by Bree. I cannot say enough good things about the IOP program at The Anxiety Center. I was able to attend for 33 days straight, and it had and will continue to have a positive impact on my mental health journey. The group ranged from 2 people on day one to 11 people on my last day. Cori Henderson is a phenomenal mental health professional who was able to navigate through the needs of all participants, and was also able to tailor the curriculum for those in attendance. i’ve only been to the anxiety center one time for my initial consultation. The nurse practitioner I met with was very welcoming and professional. I felt comfortable discussing what my needs were. It was clean. It was a nice environment. The girl behind the front front desk was so welcoming I’ll be going back for treatments and I will have more to say then.
This Center has definitely helped even out My racing thoughts and anxieties A true blessing
