I'm totally upset. They just set appointments and don't ask availability. I had a procedure a week ago that took longer than expected. The surgeon Dr R didn't do what he was supposed to do. I don't understand cause my outpatient surgery took longer than it was supposed to. I ended up having too much anesthesia and had to be hospitalized after an outpatient procedure. Back in 2018, my late father had an appointment with Indiana Ohio Heart. At my late father's appointment, the doctors on-site immediately noticed that my father was very ill, and they immediately had him transported to the Lutheran Hospital emergency room. Due to Indiana Ohio Heart's staff quick actions, they saved my dad's life. Thank you.
Dr. Rother is awesome. He and the team did a double bypass, valve replacement and Aortic stem rebuild(?) Last week. I will be home day 7 and feel new again. From the first time I walked into the office I felt I was going to get great treatment and care and I did. All the office staff have been kind an helpful every step of my journey. Now I need to do my part with rehab etc to get back to my normal self. Thank You IOH.
I had a triple bypass in 2018 at Lutheran with IOH surgical team! Bypass failed, two of three grafts clogged! Aweful Experience, I found new Care elsewhere!
