I didn't realize how long I'd been living in discomfort, until it got to the point where I couldn't kneel in my garden or sit with my legs bent without pain and cramping. I feel like I have new legs now, not only how they feel, but how they look. The procedures were relatively painless and the staff are always helpful and cheerful. Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. Amazing experience and I highly recommend this location, surgeon, and staff. Jen scheduled my appointment within a week, walked me though the upcoming visit with patience and kindness. Vanessa had impressive skills and a warm bedside manner as she worked on my many spider veins. I will return and refer family and friends.
