Awesome experience. The staff is wonderful and make you feel totally comfortable.
This is by far one of the best experiences I have had with getting a medical procedure done. Not only do I feel like Dr Jimenez has exceptional skills and talent at what he does, but he also makes you feel like you can open up to him and ask him about anything and everything. This place is great. If you want your vein procedure to be quick, this is the place. I was in and out in 4 days total. Very time punctual. I always started at my appointment time. Dr. Jimenez is a very smart, confident, straightforward guy. He knows what he is doing. I felt I was in good hands with him doing my procedure. The two lady's that work in the office Stephanie, and Amanda are very professional, and polite. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
Dr. Jimenez and his team- Jen, Amanda and Stephanie are top notch. I've had ugly varicose veins and issues sleeping for years. They we're able to accommodate my work schedule and get things done for me. Despite being extremely overweight, they made me feel like a human and very comfortable. I am now sleeping better and have much more energy during the day. Legs look and feel better. Highly recommend this team!
The staff at Indiana Vein and Laser Center are exceptional! I’ve been coming here on and off for several years and have been highly satisfied after each sclerotherapy treatment I’ve had done! Definitely a very professional, caring office. I can’t recommend them enough!!
