Very professional
Worst patient care ever experienced, they do not care about you and make you feel like you are a major inconvenience to them. Just want to arrive get my allergy shot and leave. I do not need to be waiting 2 hours after my appointment, for a shot that takes 2 minutes, because the STAFF ran late. And left to lunch. Unbelievable, truly.
Ketan K. Sheth, had us all spoiled. We used to be able to walk in to get our allergy shots that would only take minutes. Now at this new location. You have to schedule every appointment wait 30mins or more to get your shot. And god help you if you're late at all.... Nurses used to care and no longer give a damn. I've never even been asked a single question. Just come in and pull up your sleeve. Used to be a great operation where everyone was kind and professional. Now it's the Walmart of Allergy.
