Not sure what the two star reviews are about. My experience with this office Was great, staff and doctors took care of my surgery with professionalism and care. I can recommend them for all your surgery needs.
I am a disabled veteran. I was on a 3-way call with my VA community care coordinator and their front desk associate to schedule a surgical procedure through the VA and she hung up on us. Yes, She hung up on a disabled veteran seeking surgical care!!!! I told my VA representative to look for another place to perform the procedure as I do not want them operating me. The associate got irate with the VA Rep because he asked if he could schedule my consult quickly - he would send my authorization over via email. She flipped out a... read more
Surgeon was great, staff not so much. Horrible bedside manner. Husband had surgery needed FML to get filled, staff gave us the run around about having it done. The day after the surgery when he should be healing and resting, they said we could come pick up the forms. They charge to fill these forms by the way.
