Dr Arbuckle and Chris (radiology) were amazing. We had a youth sports overuse injury and both treated us with kindness and compassion. Dr Arbuckle took his time to thoroughly explain to us the injury, review the imaging, and answer our questions. He caught the injury quickly to avoid further damage to the child’s spine and set them up to return to their sport as quickly as possible while prioritize long term health.
This review is for the receptionist only. I’m sure the providers and other staff are wonderful as I see the good reviews. I was given incorrect information and attitude about my referral without basic verification of my information like my name or insurance id and was left believing there were no options available for a spine issue that required specialist care. This was my second spinal surgery, and my first experience—performed out of state—left a lot to be desired. I saw 2 other surgeons before coming to this practice. From the beginning, Dr. Swiatek and his team took a thoughtful, conservative approach, exhausting every reasonable treatment option before recommending surgery, including epidural injections, steroid treatments, physical therapy, and other non-surgical interventions. My husband saw Dr. John Arbuckle starting 5-11-26. Dr. Arbuckle was the first doctor my husband has had in 15 years that actually seem like he cares. You could tell he wanted to help, he didn't dismiss my husband's pain, and he didn't let him fall through the cracks like the doctors previously have done. He even fit my husband in for an appointment today after his MRI. I mean, in only 2 weeks and 4 days he has already completed 2 CT's for my husband an MRI and told us next steps. He is detailed. He he got.
Dr. Kim performed a wonderful surgery, the entire process from diagnosis to recovery and physical therapy has been smooth and easy
