Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer!! We ordered our Jayco Eagle from them, once they had our order, we never heard back from them. I contacted Jayco myself, then had two weeks later. It was so long that they ended up running our credit twice, never even told us the 2nd time. Have had to take back to the dealership numerous of times. Ordered a Jayco Fifth Wheel through this dealer and the price couldn't be beat. Unfortunately, once they had the order I felt like I no longer mattered. Had to call regularly to get an update on delivery and frequently felt that they didn't actually reach out to Jayco to expedite at all. We purchase a brand new 2018 Jayco in March 2018. Yet to take it anywhere except back to this dealership now on the 3 time. Massive water leak on the entire wall at the head of the queen size bed. Now water marks and probably mold growing. Went back three days later to see where things were at and found that the unit is still sitting outside in the elements. Refused to honor a warranty appointment I made a month ago. The general manager was dismissive and couldn't care less about my situation. He bumped my warranty work for prepping new units instead. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. Stay far away from Indiana RV Connection.
