If you are considering dealing with this business, you can count on absolutely no customer service and ending up with a defective product they will not stand behind. If we could give this company any rating, it would be a negative 10. The owner is a liar and blames his poor service on the product (Marquis Spas), his employees and the customer! Buyer beware! Indiana Pools and Spas combines technical incompetence with a stunning lack of professionalism. Frankly, I am baffled that this place is still in business. A couple of months ago, I called Indiana Pools and Spas to ask for help with my 2009 Great Lakes Sunlighter hot tub that had worked reliably for years but was now exhibiting water temperature irregularities. worst company to deal with.I called them to have my pool cleaned for the summer.admit the water was green from sitting..a guy came out and said that he would clean it right up for us.he went to his truck and brought back a pump to vacume the pool.the vacume didnt work..he messed with it for 45 minutes.said the man who used it the day before did not clean it.. now Im no pool expert but I do know that the algee has to be killed first and fall to the bottom so that it can be vaccumed.so he thats the vacume back to the truck and... read more
