We are lucky to have them in town. Always friendly and a good source of information.
I would not recommend this company to anyone building a pool. They have many satellite shops around Indiana, but you’ll be dealing with the same guys that we dealt with for 6 months waiting to get our pool put up. Lots of excuses, calls not answered, emails not answered in a professional time limit, excuses, pieces missing to the equipment you purchased, empty promises, and let’s not forget the 6 months it took to get the pool put up in October. He has a decent selection for a small town supply store however he REALLY needs to work on his people skills. Update, 11 months later, I tried this place again. This time with a simple water test. This guy could just provide me with the results that were extremely off from my test strips and the next pool stores results with same water sample..Absolutely no advice or knowledge of how much chemical to add to get my pool where it needed to be..I had to drive to another town an hour away to get full accurate results and answers... read more
