I can not tell ya just how great the staff is here. I'm going to assume a motor mount broke and the motor hit the frame of the truck, cracking the fuel filter reservoir causing the truck to leak diesel and lose prime. I was stuck where I sat with one coil for them and another for Midwest. They were kind enough to take off the 2nd coil and bring it to Midwest down the road. U do need a drop #
Receiving department has lots off attitude and little to no instruction. Hope you know what needs done, because they don't care about you interrupting their do nothing routine. 2 stars because the people unloading were quick and helpful.
Follow the sign " Shipping & Receiving" assuming you are a truck driver delivering a cool.
