The service from entry to exit is professional, kind, courteous, and possibly pleasant(depends on the day of therapy and exercise given🤣). I had a total knee replacement and the staff at Bluffton IPT were the best! The pleasant greeting and professional behavior by Natalie and Faith upon entering was extremely appreciated. Their ability to multi-task was phenomenal!! BJ and Dustin were great to work with, and I definitely would send my friends to the Bluffton Indiana Physical Therapy location!!

Extremely disappointing. Poorly ran business. They are very shady about their billing process and not up front at all about cost of services. It was honestly shocking to receive a surprise bill for over $700 in the mail AFTER the conclusion of my son’s Occupational Therapy. Not once was any type of payment asked for at any of his appointments. Highly disappointing customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
