The np we seen was not friendly. She did not introduce her self upon entering the room. She stared at the clip board and said while looking down I need to see (one of my children's names) first. Will not be returning. I have done scans for my self, and my children at this location and the staff on that side were nice and friendly. We were in and out quickly!.

I had a issue with one of the staff in the lab. It got so ugly it could of really got physical. But the boss of the ladies actually reached out to me and had so much compassion and really cared about my feelings in the situation and within a few days the girl was fired. Now they have two amazing girls in there . I was very impressed with how the boss handled the situation. I almost refused to go back there. But now I can go get my labs done and feel totally comfortable!!

Absolutely love Dr. Kellar & his staff. However, the lab staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. My son, 15 months old, had to have labs here this morning. I was told to come in at 7:30 for a chest xray as well at this specific location. I got his xray first, and walked down the hall to labs. the lady at the front desk was on her personal phone on a call & asked what i was there for. i told her my son needed labs. she said "you can either wait until my coworker gets here at 8:30 or you can go somewhere else to get your ... read more

I had to go here today for an MRI. I was very uneasy about it because I am claustrophobic and have anxiety about medical procedures. Jo went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and I completed the MRI without any issues! I absolutely loved her and everyone should go here for any type of imaging!! The open machine also helps!
