They are the worst company I've dealt with they don't work with people no way in hell my bill is 1382.61 for Aug and they shut me off I have a daughter and we're in the dark as well and when I called all they said was just cause you have a child don't matter they are heartless and don't care about the general people I think the bbb should shut them down
They don’t even deserve a star we’ve been trying to get power on for almost a week we just bought a house and they said they can’t turn it on because the people that lived here before has a outstanding bill with them and they also keep telling us it’s has nothing to do with you but we are still in the dark it’s not right that we had to pay the deposit but still sitting in the dark
Worst electricity company I have ever worked with! The bill keeps raising! Significantly! And my usage as barely changed!!!! I have had other power companies in the past and my bill was pretty stagnant and barely fluctuated and it was a far price but this horrible greedy people overprice everything and have so many ridiculous fees! And the bills won't stop going up when my usage is the same!!! DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM!
This is a joke of a company, they charge a premium for the unused power they wholesale to the customer, who does this, what a backwards joke of a company. Not to mention our legislation who allows fees like this. This whole area is full of low income, everybody is struggling every year, and this company charges exorbitant fees to the customer for power they "wholesale" out. Not a little fee either, if you look at your bill it's roughly 35%.
I have never ever had a utility company charge almost half of what my bill is each month for there monthly service charge. Freaking ridiculous making it that much harder to make ends meet...Had a bill for 30 $'s an was charged 15 freaking $'s on top of that for this so called monthly service fee..so the higher your bill is the more there monthly fee is..
