Power has gone out twice the past two weeks!
Personal communication with a person would be helpful for this older lady... I understand the younger generation will do great, when I am gone but I'm struggling here ,)
Prices keep going up while service gets worse and worse and outages go on for longer. Management at this company is truly incompetent.
I’m a single person and use little electricity the electric heating is crazy 202 dollars they say it’s could be more the exact thing is happening with my neighbors. This is crazy, ridiculous and who is getting all this money?
They are the worst company I've dealt with they don't work with people no way in hell my bill is 1382.61 for Aug and they shut me off I have a daughter and we're in the dark as well and when I called all they said was just cause you have a child don't matter they are heartless and don't care about the general people I think the bbb should shut them down
