Does not value their workers at all! The starting rate for their metal working positions is a measly 11 $ an hour! Most places are starting at 15 an hour, for much easier work as well. 11 $ an hour for a metalworking position is a JOKE! 15 an hour for a graphics designer?? LOL. Get a grip on reality if you want employees!
I placed a $2000 order with Indiana metal craft on May 30, 2020. Not only did they miss a critical deadline they had agreed to, the product was sent with the wrong finish / plating that I ordered and paid extra for. They have poor coordination and communication. Dont risk your reputation or small business capital with this company.-zero stars
