Katie Adolay at the Brownsburg branch provided exceptional service. What was truly a complicated situation was made far easier than expected because of the way Katie handled everything. Each step was explained clearly and thoroughly, which removed a lot of stress from the process. The patience, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. This is the kind of customer service that builds trust and keeps people coming back. Highly recommend.
Went in to assist our granddaughter open up account as we bank there as well, Very quick, polite, knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, we ask questions and everything was answered, very happy with IMCU, they are very responsive when you walk in the door.
Jen Earle at the Brownsburg Branch was excellent this week helping with a particularly complicated transaction. She gave proper direction and helped me navigate the transfer smoothly, all the while showing great care and excellent customer service.
