I had a fraud charge and needed a new card, and had a lot of other questions. Ariel was amazingly helpful. I love my bank!
Do not use this credit union ever. I had a very rude and pedantic teller deny me from transacting business. I’ve never been to a bank that didn’t want to help me out. I will be moving my money out promptly I’m so angry.
I always love my visits to IMCU. Staff are super with explanations of products and always efficient. My experience is they have the best rates in the area. We recently consolidated all of our accounts to IMCU. The app is easy to use, so I check my accounts daily to make sure there’s no unauthorized activity. Thanks IMCU for making banking easy.
Ariel is the BEST!!! I’ve also always had positive experiences with Kevin, the manager. They both are always very helpful & friendly.
Ariel is helping me get my child support account unfrozen by stopping something in the automatic bill pay system. She has always been there for me and my family.
