My questions were answered and I felt confident about proceeding with the contract.
As a minority, I have requested assistance over the last few years on several issues, and I have been rejected. The last time I got denied based on someone's else case and when I told them they made a mistake, didn't care, I still did not even get a second look. They are not here genuily wanting to help people and act like they couldn't care less. People in lower economic conditions do not even get a second look let alone any empathy.
