I would not recommend using this company.
My buyer chose this group and I would not recommend them based on my personal experience on the sellers side of a closing. Zero communication besides a call the day before saying this is the time and place, no does this work for you or anything. Didn't ask how I wanted my proceeds paid just presented a check (I do not have a local bank). My wife believed the agent had been drinking and she was seated closest to him. I did not notice any scent of alcohol, but did feel he seemed very unpleasant and arrogant.
Great company with great people! They make closings as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Highly recommend!
