I took this course when I moved to the area 2023 as a way to meet new folks and get to know the land. It was an incredible experience for me - I am not a natural plant person and spent most of my upbringing in a metropolitan area. I enjoyed our occasional outings to forage and learn about the local plants and learned an incredible amount. Katie is an excellent teacher and a well of knowledge.
