This is my second day I'm elderly and I have to exercise in the chair but everyone there makes me feel very welcome and the atmosphere is inviting, they move you to want to come back.....update well I have not been using the chair only to hold on if I have to THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND THE COACHES ARE TRULY THE BEST ALL OF THEM ARE
