Not a Customer, but one of their customers hit my car and admitted fault. It's been 72 days with no resolution on our side and neither myself or my insurance has been able to get ahold of anyone. There has been many chances to remedy the situation but we are now past it, time for legal action. Mark my words... they will be shutting down soon...
wrecked my car. Fast response from kurt . treated with respect. adjuster came to check car within 48 hours. Contacted enterprise and arranged a rental. Made my first accident much less stressful than I expected
We had just got insurance with this place (only had them about a month)and we did our video of our home all seemed good till we got the call today we are being canceled due to having chickens in our backyard they are caged in can't get out and they have a coop and a run we only have 9 and our chickens are very sweet girls me and my husband were in shock when we got that call telling us were getting canceled because of them I would not recommend this place for house insurance.

20 plus years of homeowners insurance through them and have had 2 legitimate storm damge claims and been denied both times. The accessor they sent out on the one had no idea what she was talking about nor pricing for replacement. 20 plus percent of my mortgage goes to them and they come up with more excuses not to cover than to cover. I understand why there rattings are so low. Definitely more worried about their holdings than customers.
