Very unprofessional and terrible customer service and communication after a claim.
Horrible company u will get a none renewal notice over a hail storm claim. Go with someone else terrible insurer
I have reported this company to the BBB. My car was stolen and completely destroyed. It took them 6 months to pay me the claim. And then of course they dropped me but were still charging me insurance for a car I had turned in! We had to demand our money back.
No explanation needed, they are very professional and very helpful. They also work very hard to give you a much flexible and affordable rate. Would recommend this individual(s) to family and friends.
