Anna has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond for her customers hosting "yearly reviews" and being very flexible for scheduling around a busy schedule. After switching I saw a reduction in my bill as well as better overall coverage that fit me not just the ideal customer.
Please stay away from Farm Breau. They will not pay your claim. They will take your money. Lightning strikes case. 4 appliances all died same time. Lightning data showed strikes within 2 miles. 2 expert witnesses say strike is plausible. HVACI investigator sent out with 0 geothermal experience. They had to call my expert witness to ask what the parts were and where board located!! If you have a similar case, please contact me for class action suit.
