Indiana Farm Bureau is the best insurance company. Their agents actually care about their clients, are very competent and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service. They have always been available to answer any questions I have had.

Darrin is an excellent agent. Pam is always super sweet and helpful.
VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE. She hung up on me when I asked her a question. If she doesn't want to be there, she might want to consider a different job that doesn't consist of talking to other humans. I will definitely be contacting corporate to make a formal complaint. Just for the hell of it, I might even do a complaint with the Indiana Department of Insurance as well.
