I went in today for a follow-up visit for being in the hospital diagnosed with Thyroid problems. Had a 1:40 appointment and was called back almost immediately. However I waited in the back for a hour. I then decided to go see what was going on. They told me I would be next and I asked is this normal. Some lady that was in the back told me yes it is and I told her it shouldn't be. She then went back and forth with me saying it was normal wherever I would go. UNPROFESSIONAL!! Wait it gets better!!
