Pretty bad experience, unfortunately. My contractor and decided to go with Indiana Door & Hardware because we're trying to support local business for a business remodel here in town. Ordered a commercial exterior door, and they gave us the wrong size frame. No big deal- they were responsive and even agreed to meet us to get us the right frame over the weekend. Needed some repairs/adjustments on some older commercial steel doors and Jeff was professional, patient, and took the time to ensure the service was done properly. He wasn't in a rush to get to the next job and did a great job with the doors.
Awesome people there especially jeff hes a hard worker
