Due to excess moisture over the years, our crawlspace needed a lot; drainage, mold remediation, dehumidifier, sill plate replacement, joist repair and encapsulation. Cristian and his crew were phenomenal. Their work ethic, ability and customer service were off the chart. They worked extremely hard every day in the heat. Indiana Crawl Space Repair were great! They installed a new sump pump and drainage. They put down new vapor barriers. Also buried the downspouts. The guys were professional. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with the work. We got other quotes and they had the best rate but they did quality work. We even had a couple of heating ducts that had come loose in the crawl space that were lying on the ground. They attached them up for us at no extra charge! Although we had 5 estimates and Indiana Crawl Space was not the cheapest we chose them because of their quality of work of jobs they had done that I checked out, their professionalism and ease to do business with. Larry the owner came and inspected our crawl space and told me several options that we could go with. We discussed it and came to a conclusion of what to do with not only fixed our problem but was well within a reasonable budget. I had work done with these guys a while ago. Committments were made during the walk-thru and then later not fulfilled, saying "it was not in the contract". I don't plan to use them again. If you consider them, get EVERYTHING in writing down to the last brick.

I have had problems for years with moisture in my crawl space. I received several quotes and interacted with several suppliers in anticipation of doing this work. I had 2 appointments with them. The first one they called me the morning of (after I already took day off work) and told me the estimator was sick. Never called to reschedule. Finally 2 weeks later I called back to have them come out again, they said they could the next day so I took off work again. The estimator came out to tell me that he wasn't sure how to estimate it and therefor would have to take pictures and call me back with a price. 2 months later NEVER HEARD from them!
