My experience with the busses in Indiana has been something they (a local community service industry) should be embarrassed by. A. The app ALWAYS tells me the wrong time and has had me standing at a bus stop for over an hour. B. A bus driver drove past me at a bus stop as though I wasn't even standing there. Of course that left me in the middle of nowhere waiting for a bus I hoped was coming in an hour as my phone battery slowly died. C. THEY DON'T TAKE DEBIT CARDS!!!
