We used Ivory Builders for a whole-house remodel. Ismael and his entire team presented us with wonderful design ideas that they very clearly turned into a plan with detailed budgets and timelines. The final product was done within the timeline we asked for and at the budget target we agreed to - exactly what you need in a contractor. Things went well when they had no other jobs but as time went on they took on more work leaving my house unfinished. They knew I was coming but the house was not ready to move into and the punch list was never completed. DO NOT remodel unless you are there to look at the work.
