My dog can be difficult but the staff here was SO patient with him. He came home looking, feeling, and smelling great, all with a new bandanna. Definitely going back!
They are a HORRIBLE shop! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!!!!! I dropped my poodle off on Thursday, and picked him up a few hours later. The standard routine. When I picked him up he was shaking and terrified. After a day went by of him still shaking and not eating, I started to inspect him. He had a large cut on his genitals. I called the office and spoke to a real winner, Jackie. She was a horrible person. They charged me 55 dollars to shave a 5 lb dog and after I came to pay they MADE me use my card because they didn't have change then charged me 2.00 for using my card. It's a joke there save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE!
They are rude and have terrible customer service!!!!! They cut my dog in 4 places and DIDNT tell us about it. Her appointment was at 11:30 and they didnt even call us to pick her up until 4:45pm!!! The dogs are kept in cages and obviously arent kept on schedule. Never going back especially because of the terrible customer service and rude attitudes.
Indiana Bones Temple Of Groom Staff are really friendly but be aware of how much hair/fur you want them to take off your dog - I almost didn't recognize my dog when I went to pick her up; thankfully it grows back pretty quick but keep this in mind!
Hello my name is Megan and i worked for Indiana bones for 4 years.I have worked at several shops up the west coast and they are by far the best to work for. They have a very talented crew of groomers that work their butts off to please their customers and their pets. Also they have a very long cleaning list that is done every night after they are done grooming, i mean it these girls work HARD. This shop is by far the cleanest work place i have ever worked in.
