had a very disappointing experience with this company after purchasing an AC machine. The unit did not work properly from the start. When I contacted them for support, it took nearly two months before they even responded with a plan to repair it. After that, they picked up the machine, but I had to wait another month before being told that parts were needed. We had a great experience with SLE. Their team, especially Mickey, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make the installation process smooth for us. Communication was top-notch, and they even let us borrow their epoxy gun to make sure everything was set up correctly. It’s rare to work with a company that is this helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend SLE, and we truly appreciate their support.
I purchased a new Emax compressor from them. The compressor is as advertised and works great. If you need a compressor, give them a try.
