Indiana American Water is a company that preys on the masses. They have the worst customer service and they do not care because people have no other choice for a water company. There is no competition so they feel that they do not need to provide good customer service. No one ever answers the phones. And they never return your messages. We had no water and a technician came out that morning but couldn't fix the issue, so they turned off our water and said to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the issue within a few hours and all we needed was the water turned back on, but American Water would not send someone out, saying they "already sent a technician once today" and we had to wait until tomorrow.
