Like too many HOA‘s, this group is a tightly knit circle who have spent more on lawyers fees than on improvement, even when previous associations seemed to be able to avoid that. They are somewhat overbearing, have overstepped their legal limits in the past and focus on petty statutes rather than improving the neighborhood and bringing its people together.
These people are serious about what goes on around there that's for sure
Regarding your response to Kirk's review about the HOA having the curb address numbers painted, yes all residences need address numbers per County Ordinance but curb numbers are directly in the path of headlights often vital at night when 911 vehicles make most of their calls. It's not mandatory but let's not quibble over semantics. $15 each is a minimal cost for such a life saving service. I agree 100% with Kirk - will the HOA have the discounted curb address numbers painted please? They're minimally priced and vital for 911 headlights. 50% off if paid by the HOA but still 33% off if residents sign up through link sent by the HOA.
