BEWARE.....terrible place to live!! Selective on who they choose to pick on every month. What's good for one tenant is not good for another!! Maintenance does everything but maintenence. Driving around the park all day long doing nothing but stopping at vacant trailers and smoking pot!! They DO NOT clear sidewalks of snow or ice!!
